Shan-Shan Guo has over 30 years of experience in branding , marketing and corporate social philanthrophy.
Ms. Guo integrates Delta’s global brand management, constructing brand core values, and leading corporate brand communication initiatives, as Delta has expanded from an ODM to a branded business. Delta’s brand influence has risen significantly through Ms. Guo’s leadership in developing Delta’s corporate brand, product brand, and ESG brand. From 2011 to 2023, Delta has been continuously selected as one of the top 20 Best Taiwan Global Brands, with a fivefold increase in brand value and a CAGR of 15%.
In addition, Ms. Guo is in charge of Delta’s ESG social strategy and execution, which has been widely recognized by both international and domestic institutions. She leads Delta’s participation in the United Nations Climate Change Conferences (COP) to share Delta’s core values and achievements. Ms. Guo organized a series of side events at COP21 and participated in official side events at COP23, COP24, and COP28, sharing Delta’s experiences in green building, energy resilience, and internal carbon pricing practices.
Ms. Guo participated in Delta’s board of directors' decision in 2022 to incorporate biodiversity into the company’s ESG strategy. Since then, the company has officially launched its coral restoration initiatives. In 2023, Delta established Asia's first zero-carbon coral conservation center for endangered coral species. In 2024, Ms. Guo also guided Delta’s participation in CBD COP16, marking Taiwan's first corporate involvement in the UN Biodiversity Conference and showcasing Taiwan's efforts in aligning biodiversity initiatives with international standards.
