Taiwan Women on Boards Association will integrate resources from industries, government and academia to organize seminars and workshops. These forums will help general public to pay attention to government policies with extensive and balanced perspectives, thereby to improve the quality of the public policies.
Action is the most important language. At the moment, members of WOB.tw have been contributing their expertise and time in the Mentoring Program to share their experiences and cultivate next generation of female leaders to carry the torch.
Taiwan Women on Boards Association is committed to build a talent pool of women board members, and a think tank to provide public policy advices, to bridge with international communities and to develop female decision makers for the new era. In the past, female’s views were only sought after relative to women-specific issues; in the future, WOB.tw would like to see that opinions from both genders are heard on major policies to ensure female participation and diversity are consistently maintained.
