Under WOB.tw, there are five main committees, i.e. Association General Affairs, Industry Insights, International Relationship, Public Affairs and Young Talent. The common goals of these five committees are to jointly build a talent pool of female board members, and to collaborate with like-minded international organizations to enhance its global participations and visibilities. Moreover, the Association will integrate resources from industries, government and academia to organize seminars and workshops. These forums will help general public to pay attention to government policies with extensive and balanced perspectives, thereby to improve the quality of the public policies.
