Drawing on nearly 20 years of expertise in the software and cloud sectors, she helped build global technology centers and established the flagship global MVP community program during her time at top multinational firms. Moreover, she successfully guided semiconductor leaders, major financial institutions, and central government ministries in adopting advanced technologies like generative AI and cybersecurity. She serves as a key driver of Taiwan's digital transformation.


Furthermore, Dr. Ko has a proven track record in hardware-software integration and large-scale corporate operations. During her 20 years at multinational corporate headquarters, she repeatedly led teams to build forward-looking tech architectures and demonstrated outstanding business development capabilities. Her achievements include leading global service virtualization and cloud migration, and integrating IT and OT to deepen the value of smart manufacturing. In just three years, she generated hundreds of millions of dollars in global key account revenue, delivering remarkable growth.


Dr. Ko is a rare executive leader holding dual doctoral degrees. She earned a Ph.D. in Management Information Systems from National Chengchi University and a Ph.D. in Administration Management from National Taipei University of Technology.
