Experiences

Jane Pan is a seasoned entrepreneur, business leader, and active investor in technology-driven businesses.

In 2004, she invested in the establishment of Memstar Technology in Singapore. Following its listing on the Singapore Exchange in 2008, she served as Chairman of the Board of Directors and led the company’s growth into a leading Singapore-based manufacturer of high-performance hollow fiber membranes. Under her leadership, Memstar received industry recognition including Forbes Asia’s Top 100 SMEs and the Best Annual Growth award.

Following Memstar’s merger with United Environmental Technologies Limited in 2014, Jane served as Group Chief Operating Officer, where she oversaw strategy development and corporate performance.

Jane currently serves as Chairman of AsWater Advanced Envirotech Ltd. and Yarra Corporation. Under her leadership, AsWater received the 2024 IWA MTSG Global Project Excellence Award on Membrane-based Water Treatment and a Merit Award at the 25th Public Construction Golden Quality Award in 2025.
